Bowers, RLA, PWS, is the President and founder of Biohabitats, Inc., an ecological planning, assessment, and restoration
firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in ecological restoration and a broad and comprehensive background in green
design, landscape architecture, restoration ecology and ecological planning. He has been responsible for the design of over
350 ecological restoration projects involving tidal and non-tidal wetlands, deciduous forests, streams, meadows, and coastal
habitats. Mr. Bowers graduated from West Virginia University and is a professional Landscape Architect in several states.
He is the president of the Society of Ecological Restoration International.
