More than 800 attendees heard national leaders across business and institutional market sectors discuss how sustainability is changing their organizations and how they're adapting and leveraging sustainability to enhance their business results. The benefits of sustainability include:

Track sessions focused on Manufacturing, Healthcare, Local and State Government, K–12, Commercial Real Estate and Higher Education market sectors.

Breakout sessions focused on specific vertical market issues, as well as a special presentation on the biomass infrastructure in Virginia, case studies on energy and sustainability, operations and maintenance, and creative financing.

Engaging the best and brightest!

The 800 attendees included representatives from the private, public, and academic sectors. The conference opened the way for high school and university students to contribute their thoughts on sustainability. The conference highlighted the rationale for adopting sustainability policy, best sustainable practices, and future opportunities for economic growth through sustainability initiatives.
