Exhibitor registration is now closed.
The Exhibit Hall is the location for conference breakfasts and breaks on January 30th and 31st, and for the January 30th Reception before the evening Awards Banquet.
Exhibitor Pricing
Corporate Exhibitor: $650
Small Business Exhibitor (>50 employees): $450
Government or Not-for-Profit Exhibitor: $250
Exhibit-Hall Only Pass: $75/person
Exhibitor Registration Details
An Exhibitor Registration includes
- A 10 x 10 exhibit booth, pipe and drape (8' back drop and 3' side rails) one 6' table and two chairs
- One (1) full conference registration which includes:
Wednesday, January 30
- Exhibit Hall Access
- Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and evening reception in Exhibit Hall
- General Session and breakout sessions
- Lunch
Thursday, January 31
- Exhibit Hall Access
- Continental breakfast, refreshment breaks in Exhibit Hall
- General Session and breakout sessions
- Lunch
Exhibit Hall Booth Attendant Only registrations must be associated with a full Exhibitor registration. An additional booth attendant pass allows access to the Exhibit Hall only, which includes:

Thursday, January 31

If you wish to attend the breakout sessions, general sessions and lunches, please register as a regular attendee.

Exhibit Hall Move-In/Move-Out Schedule
Move-in: Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 8:00 am–8:00 pm. The exhibit hall will open with a 7:15 am breakfast on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 before the opening Plenary Session which starts at 8:30 am. All exhibitors must be set and ready by 7:00 am on Wednesday, January 30.
Move-out: Thursday, January 31 from 1:30 pm–6:00 pm. The conference closes with a lunch and then afternoon breakout sessions. Exhibitors can begin to move out after the lunch ends at 1:30 pm.
