Register to become an exhibitor or Green Poster Gallery participant by Aug. 15, 2005, and be prepared to showcase your organization at Virginia’s Sustainable Future Summit, Sept. 13 through 15, 2005, in Richmond, Va.

This Summit will be action-oriented, leading to the development of recommendations for business, industry, government and communities to implement sustainable development practices that balance economic, social and environmental principles. The 2005 Summit will focus on six critical areas:

  • Energy for an Efficient and Secure Future
  • Healthy Buildings and Communities
  • Industrial Stewardship Options
  • Sustainable Policy for the 21st Century
  • Transportation: Air Quality and Land Use
  • Water Resources and Sustainability

The first two Virginia’s Sustainable Future Conferences, held in 1999 and 2001, received strong positive feedback from attendees, exhibitors and sponsors. At this year’s Summit we anticipate attendance of 600 participants representing a diverse mix of business, community and government organizations. The Summit will feature pre-conference workshops, sessions based on the six tracks, an Exhibit Hall and Green Poster Gallery, and tours. We are anticipating more than 50 exhibitors and Green Poster Gallery participants at the event.
